The provision of goods and services by Eco-Punk is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability of any kids clothing when purchasing once you have already checked out and made payment, Eco-Punk will refund the client in full for the clothing item purchased within 30 days. Please note that Postage is non-refundable. Cancellation of orders after payment has been received by the customer will attract a R100.00 cancellation fee.
Eco-Punk will exchange any ill-fitting items for the correct size. There are, however, some limitations as laid out below in the Exchange Policy. We will endeavour to exchange any ill-fitting item for the correct size in the same style, subject to stock availability. If it not possible to replace the same style, we will exchange it for another children’s clothing item of the customer’s choice, for the same value.
The following conditions apply:
The item is returned in its original, undamaged packaging
- The item has not been soiled, laundered, altered or damaged in any way
- The item is accompanied by its original receipt
- The item has not been worn (except for fitting purposes)
- The item is returned within 7 days of receipt
- The original labels are still attached to the item
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer
Please provide us with your details when returning a parcel either by including a copy of your invoice or write your details on paper and include this with your return parcel:
Order/invoice number (this can be found on the top of your invoice)
- Email Address
- Your Requirements – i.e. exchange / return
(Please ensure when sending goods back that a traceable method is used in case of loss as we are unable to process returns unless we have received them)
Please help us to make improvements to our service by telling us why you are returning the goods, i.e. wrong colour, too big, too small, etc.
If we receive an item for return and feel that our terms and conditions laid out above have been breached in any way we reserve the right to decline an exchange on that basis (eg. should the item have clearly been worn and/or soiled for more than just a fitting etc).
If the items are not in stock we shall place these on backorder. In the event that we will be unlikely to meet the delivery schedule stated when ordering a product we will offer you a choice between an extended wait for a specific product, or a credit note for our site. We DO NOT offer refunds on returns.
Damaged goods will not be refunded. Damaged goods should be returned as per the above instructions so we can assess the fault/s and take necessary actions to replace or exchange. Should Eco-Punk assess damages to causes such as factory fault we will create a credit note for the amount to the Customer for use of the same or any other similar products on our site.
Eco-Punk reserves the right to assess damages and accept or decline any return of damaged goods based on the nature of the damages.
